2. Every company prefer student which can speak in English so that employee can interact with global team or with global client . Communication skill is the skill which can not be developed in one day or on one month,you have develop a habit to speak in English and gradually it will improve automatically.To do that you can do following thing as soon as possible.

• you need to develop a habit to read news paper daily(30 minutes) and read a article ,speak  out about article you read just now from yourself, it will slowly improve your communication and habit to explain topics from initial period of your engineering.
• decide a topic for example(India and Pakistan relations) and have a group discussion of 15-20 minutes with your friend.This will slowly improve your participation during GD and you will learn how to pitch in during group discussion.
• start watch English movie their english version ,use head phone and try to understand their accent,this will specially helpful during interaction with global team or client as their accent is much different from us.  

Mathematical aptitude  and reasoning:

Most of service based company ask questions related to mathematical aptitude and reasoning during their written test.If you want you can purchase a Quantitative Aptitude for Competitive Examinations EDITION 2018 and A Modern Approach to Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning (R.S. Aggarwal) books. Start practicing from these books for both aptitude and reasoning.Question related to to this will be comparatively easy but main reason of selection will be speed of solving these problems.

English Grammar and Vocabulary:

This is again applicable for written test of Service based companies.

you can brush up basic grammar and and read newpaper to improve you vocabulary.You can also purchase Objective General English (R.S. Aggarwal) book to practice for English .Other book for english grammer is Primary School English Grammar and Composition 3 to 5
